In conjunction with its 50th anniversary, Land and General Bhd (L&G) held its Golden Jubilee Bonus in the spirit of rewarding its purchasers. According to L&G managing director Low Gay Teck, the responses received for from the Golden Jubilee Bonus has been overwhelming.
“We are very happy with the responses so far, as it is beyond our expectations. We hope that we can double our targeted sales by the end of the month,” said Low.
The Golden Jubilee Bonus which started on May 1 and will continue to the end of this month, May 31, will see special packages and offers.
Among the projects promoted during this special bonus promotion include the company’s latest developments, namely Damansara Foresta in Sri Damansara and The Elements in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
Damansara Foresta is a high-end condominium sitting on 43 acres of freehold land located adjacent to the Bukit Lanjan Forest Reserve. The units range from 1,400 sq ft to 1,600 sq ft and are priced approximately between RM800,000 and RM1mil. Phase one of Damansara Foresta was launched in 2012 with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM800mil and 95% of the units have already been sold.
Meanwhile, The Elements is a premier lifestyle residential serviced apartment located within the KL City Centre. This development was launched in 2011 with an estimated GDV of RM800mil and a take up rate of 96%. The sizes of the units range from 520 sq ft to 1,570 sq ft and are priced between RM800,000 and RM1.5mil. The handover of vacant possession of The Elements will take place these couple of months.
Yet to be unveiled, this upcoming project will be located on 5.7 acres (2.3 hectares) of land, situated right next to The Elements in Jalan Ampang. “This project is our new serviced apartment consisting of about 1,000 units with four 45-storey towers. We will be incorporating four acres of greenery and in-house facilities to promote a healthy lifestyle for our residents,” shared Low.
In the pipelines are plans for another 2 projects, Foresta Phase 2 and Tunku Jaafar Resort Home that are targeted to launch within the next 12 months.
L&G also has future plans to develop more projects in the Klang Valley.
