Mah Sing Group Bhd has kicked off an ‘Ultimate Upgrade’ campaign for its Kinrara Residence development in Bandar Kinrara. Held throughout this and next month (from Oct 26-Dec 31), the campaign brings together over 10 furnishings providers for home owners’ shopping convenience. Products will be offered to guests at a special promotion while Mah Sing’s M-Club members will receive an exclusive discount on top of the existing offers.
Speaking at the launch, Mah Sing chief operating officer for residential townships James Bruyns said, “The ‘Ultimate Upgrade’ Campaign provides a one-stop solution for home and living upgrades. The esteemed vendors who have joined us for this campaign are wall décor, flooring and tiles, lighting, kitchen and bathroom specialists among many others. It is our hope that all visitors will have a field day finding the right partner in crafting their dream home.”
Participating brands include Fuji Home, Rowenta, Luzzone, Living Scape, Fizz Associate, Oriss, Lightcraft, Khind, Door Master and Inova Floor.
The first 10 buyers of an Ambrosia@Kinrara Residence home received a complimentary holiday package to Europe, sponsored by Mah Sing. There will also be RM150,000 worth of home and living merchandise up for grabs throughout the two-month campaign.
Ambrosia@Kinrara Residence is the fourth and final phase of the Kinrara Residence township. Due to be completed in 2015, Ambrosia sits on approximately 27.5 acres of land, it consists of 66 units of three-storey semi-detached houses with a built-up area of 4,468 sq ft priced from about RM2.4mil and 79 units of three-storey executive bungalows with built up area ranging from 5,688 sq ft and priced from about RM3.3mil.
