THOSE planning to renovate their houses for the new year, might want to stop by the Renovation + Home Electrical and Interior Design Show.
The event, organised by EG Groups Holding Sdn Bhd, will feature more than 20,000 innovative products.
EG Groups Holding Sdn Bhd director S.Y. Moey said over 200 companies would be taking up 500 booths at the exhibition.
“The products, which promise great savings, will come straight from the factory,” he said.
He added that the exhibition was held in conjunction with the year-end sale carnival with a wide range of home furniture and interior design choices.
“There will be a lot of ideas for kitchen cabinets,” he said.
Moey added that there would also be furnishing and decorative items.
“Landscaping companies will also be featured,” he said, adding that homeowners were looking to add more green element to their homes.
“Even apartment and condo owners want to have a little garden in their balconies,” he said.
Visitors can also look forward to talks on home renovation.
“Sifu Choo, who is a master in carpentry, will give a talk about maintaining wood furniture. There will also be a ‘Do-It-Yourself’ session with the master,” said Moey.
Other than the latest designs, colour trends and materials, many activities have been lined up for the three-day event.
Visitors stand a chance of winning a round trip to China as well as Ikea cash vouchers.
Electrical giant Samsung will also be opening a booth to showcase its products.
The exhibition will be held from Nov 1 to 3 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur, from 11am to 9pm.
