NAIM Holdings Bhd will be showcasing its premium integrated developments in the MAPEX 2013 property expo to be held in the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from today to Sunday.
Chief operating officer for property investment and REIT Yong Kei Seng said this was the first time that Naim had embarked on a major promotion of its Sarawak developments in Kuala Lumpur.
“We will be showcasing various residential and commercial properties in Sarawak to the comunity here in peninsular Malaysia community.
“These developments are located in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu, which are Sarawak’s key growth areas.

“As such, we urge those interested to visit us during the MAPEX expo,” Yong said.
For Kuching, Naim will be featuring its Kuching Paragon integrated development’s exclusive Sapphire On The Park highrise residence.
An integrated development combining residential, business, retail and hospitality components, Kuching Paragon is located about a 10 and 15-minute drive from Kuching city centre and the Kuching International Airport, respectively.
Naim will also be showcasing its flagship Bandar Baru Permyjaya township development in Miri, the birthplace of Malaysia’s petroleum industry.
Regarded as one of the fastest growing satellite townships in Sarawak, Bandar Baru Permyjaya offers a wide range of residential and commercial properties for all.
In the heart of the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE), lies Bintulu, the location for Naim’s Bintulu Paragon integrated development.
Located in a prime location within the Bintulu town centre, Bintulu Paragon is the largest integrated development to impact Bintulu and introduces exciting development components such as the Street Mall and Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO), which will be showcased in the expo.
