Tropicana Metropark won the highly recommended award for commercial landscape architecture in Malaysia at the Aia-Pacific Property Awards 2014.
PETALING JAYA: The overwhelming responses from Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s Tropicana Collection campaign has recorded more than 98% take-up rate in its Metropark Paloma Serviced Residence’s 30-storey Tower B.
In recognition of the positive feedback, Tropicana opened Paloma’s Tower A for sale to meet the increasing demands from the market.
Tropicana Metropark was awarded the best mixed-use development category last year in 2013 and top honours in the landscape architecture category recently by the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2014.
